We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds for DNA testing kits.
Returns (Unopened / Unused Kits)
DNA testing kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they have not been used or submitted to the lab.
To be eligible for a return:
The kit must be unused and in its original condition
The sample must not have been collected or sent to the lab
Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Items (Used / Submitted Kits)
Due to the personalized and laboratory nature of DNA testing:
All sales are final once a sample has been collected and/or sent to the lab
No refunds will be issued after the testing process has begun
This includes:
Kits that have been opened and used
Samples that have been mailed or delivered to the lab
Tests that are currently being processed or completed
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect kit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace it at no cost.
